IMPORTANT NOTICE – ALLOWANCES AND FEES
Payment of Allowances and University Fees
Please be advised that with effect from Monday 21st September 2015 all scholars are required to submit the following documents to their assigned Scholar Support Officers at the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division (SATD) in order to ensure accurate and timely payment of allowances and university fees:
1. Status letter from the university confirming your enrolment for the following year
2. Transcript from previous year showing required GPA (where applicable)
3. Invoice for the next period (year/semester).
We know that the issue of accurate and timely payment of allowances and fees is an important one to you as it can affect your scholastic performance.
However, payment can only be authorized when the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division has received the necessary documents from you.
Failure to provide the required documents to the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division will result in the non-payment of your allowances and your university fees since processing can only commence when your documents are submitted.
We appreciate your attention to this matter and urge you to make every effort to comply with these procedures.
