The Role of The Mission

All scholars are required to register with the nearest mission/ embassy upon entry into the country of study. The Overseas Mission will liaise with the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division (SATD), scholars and institutions of study to provide support in the administration of the scholarship process where required. Tuition payments are normally paid to the institution of Study on behalf of the SATD and all arrangements for return air travel are facilitated by the Missions.

Scholars are advised to keep in contact with their Scholar Support Officer via phone or email to treat with any difficulties or queries they may have.

Scholars are advised to make an appointment if they wish to meet with their Support Officer or in the instance that a request has been made by such Officer.

If the scholar’s Support Officer is not available at any point in time, there are other Support Officers accessible within the Scholarships and Advanced Training Division (SATD) who can assist.

For general email or queries, scholars may use the feedback form provided.
