Application Form – Change of Course of Study/Academic Institution

Instructions (Required before final submission)

All scholars must obtain prior approval, in writing, before seeking a change of his/her Course of Study/Academic Institution.
The scholars academic performance must in good standing for consideration to be given to his/her request.
Please note that for scholars who are seeking a change of institution, the academic institution must be accredited and/or recognised by the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT).

Official Academic Transcript(Official Copy)

Any other document that is required by the Ministry to support the request(Official Copy)

Change of Course of Study

The following document is required for submitting an Application for Change of Course of Study

Letter from the Present Academic Institution for the Change of Course of Study. The document must specify the duration of the new course of study, cost considerations as well as any exemption statement stating how it will affect the course of study.(Official Copy)

Change of Academic Institution

The following documents are required for submitting an Application for Change of Academic Institution

Conditional/Letter of Acceptance from the University of choice. The Letter must further state that all prior academic credits will be accepted towards the requirements of the scholars degree at the new university(Official Copy)

Statement of Recognition from the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (except for locally accredited institutions).(Official Copy)
